Its a great trampoline and my son is excited. His old one was a far cry from this one so now I understand the price difference. My only complaint was shipping containers were badly damaged AND there is no instructions at all on how to assemble the net!?!

I was extremely disappointed with the net that comes with this trampoline. It never actually worked and many of the velcro has fallen off by now. The trampoline itself needs to be adjusted often if a couple of little boys (10 year olds) jump on it. I would expect this in the normal course but this trampoline was very expensive and I would say not worth it.

Great product! I did quite a bit of research and ultimately decided on the 14' trampoline. It is well built and goes together rather easily. It took about 4 hours to put together by myself but nothing too complicated. If you have small kids buy the ladder! I put it in my backyard which has a little bit of a slope so I had to dig a little into the ground to level the trampoline. One this that is nice is that there are points contact on the frame so I only had to dig where the "feet" touched the ground. I did have a issue with some missing parts but the customer service was 100% outstanding. I could tell when I called ACON that they actually cared about my problem and I almost sensed a little stress on their part about making sure I was happy. I was refreshing to have this type of customer service. Well done and 5 stars. Also, don't buy the premium enclosure, they have had some issues with the construction and while they are working on the redesign it may be a while before it is ready. Order the standard enclosure or if you want the premium enclosure, call first to see if they have the new design ready.

This trampoline is holding up very well. I have a special needs son who jumps on this every day several times a day. We have been through 5 other trampolines​. This one is doing well.

This is a great trampoline - very well built. The piping is heavy duty, the springs are 8 inches (much longer than the cheap ones). The grand kids are having a ball with this, as well as my young adult daughter and boyfriend. The trampoline is so well built that there is no weight limit. I set it up myself with no problems in about 6 hours total. No special tools needed except the spring tool which was included. The directions were ok, the diagrams were good enough to figure it out. ACON responded immediately to my inquiry about when the delivery would arrive. We looked at the reviews of the cheaper trampolines and are very glad we chose the ACON 14'. It is well worth the money.

Great product, but poor directions! Not as springy as I remember as a kid, but I was thinner back then. My son loves it and his sister will too when she gets out of school.

We had prompt delivery, we were missing a box, we called the company, and emailed them, they responded immediately, were very friendly, turned out fed ex, forgot a box. The company called them and straightened out this matter, and it was delivered that same day. It was very easy to put together, no problems at all. Its super bouncy, and we love the fact we can jump with our daughter, thanks to the higher weight limit. We love it. It's very sturdy, and very well made.
