Has been great in town
I bought this to help reduce night glow in our Bortle 7 city. It works well for cutting light pollution. High contrast images without compromising image quality. And is comparable to the supposed top-tier brands. Great SVBony quality for less! Super easy to use, clips directly in to camera body then attach your lens. Simple. Also helps protect camera internals a bit from dust while changing lenses.

Great for the price
This filter is excellent for the price. The picture that I've attached was taken under bortle class 4 skies with an unmodified t5i. The filter helped me gather detail in the very faint nebulae details, and it did a decent job.

UHC filter for old EOS 500d
I bought an old EOS 500d and tried to take astro photos from light polluted city. Results were not perfect so I bought this filter.Filter seems to be of high quality and fits well into camera. It seems to work and improves contrast on faint object however color shift is not easy to handle. Also it reduces amount of light entering camera so exposure must be much longer.

Pretty Good For The Price
This SVBONY Telescope Filter 2 inches UHC Filter is not bad, but not great, but not bad. It is certainly worth the price you pay for it. If you are getting into using 2" filters for astrophotography, this is a decent starting point. Results have been decent. I live in a Bortel 3-4 sky area and it indeed does cut through some of the light polluted skies. I also have the SVBONY CLS and UV/IR Cut filters, which are both decent for different deep sky objects. Don't know if it would work well in anything above a Bortel 4, but is worth the dough if you don't want to spend a couple hundred dollars (or more) for a higher end filter such as the Optolong L-eNhance, which is superb.
