I started taking these as my vitamin D levels came back a bit shy of normal… I chose to only take one vitamin a day but a couple months later when I got my blood work, my levels were fine… So even though they taste good in their dummies, they work

However, you do need to take 2 gummies per dose, so the bottle only provides 30 doses instead of 60.
