Bins came on time and were what was expected. One of them was broken during shipping, contacted the company through Amazon and they took care of me amazingly fast.

I store all types stuff in these. These are sturdy and will last years.Shoes, Close, Tools, Magazines, Camping stuff, Computer Parts, ETC Parts, Medical Supplies, Toys, Tools,If you are and elite with a house, then they go awesome under a bed. Think of all the future pack rat places these could go.These are awesome if you don't got fancy money for fancy furniture. No problems, stack em high and deep in your trailer.I've seen people use these as luggage, have everything they own with some duct tape, going cross country via greyhound bus.If you are doing that then you messed up.

Because it's not listed elsewhere, the bin dimensions are:Product Depth (in.) 19.875Product Height (in.) 15.5Product Width (in.) 14.75I ordered these 24 bins for moving, instead of using cardboard boxes (this way I can use them for storage afterwards).Of the 24 I ordered, 3 came with broken lid clasps on one side (one of the two pins on the clasp was sheared off, this has been noted before by other reviewers for the same model) 6 came package in such a way that they looked previous used (one of these 6 was broken beyond use).The bins came in 4 large boxes, with 6 bins/lids per box.I contacted the company directly and they are shipping me replacement bins. They responded in a few minutes and were very easy to work with. I'm extremely pleased with their professional and quick communication, which is why I'm not deducting stars for the shipping snafu. The damage was out of their hands and was resolved to my satisfaction.Actual product review:The lid clasps could be designed a little better, but other than that I don't have any complaints. The bins were able to handle the stress of moving perfectly fine and no lid clasps have broken off. I haven't seen any cracks.These bins are decently ridgid, and handle being stacked well, even when loaded to capacity. They are comfortable to lift when loaded, and lifting doesn't put strain on the lid clasps.The bins were large enough for most of my things, and I was able to fill most to just about capacity.Overall the bins served me well and fit my needs. I'm excited I'll finally be able to have a good means to organize my large amount of random stuff.I have not received any discounts for this product and this is, to the best of my ability, an honest review.

Shipping Box had some outer damage & bin on bottom of stack was badly broken. I contacted the seller who very quickly responded & sent a whole new set! Again, the bottom bin was broken in shipping but I now have 10 intact bins, rather than the 6 I paid for. Seller should cushion the bottom bins better in shipping. I like this size bin for storage. Large enough for most things but not so large that would make them difficult to handle. I also like being able to see what is inside. They fit neatly on 18” garage shelving. I am satisfied with the purchase. Recommend others watch the price as it does fluctuate. Gold star to the seller!

1 of the 6 tubs was cracked in half. Not worth the hassle of returning all of them, but skimping on the packaging on the part of the seller means you are not getting what you pay for.Tubs themselves are great.

One was broken. Others were okay

I had to return them the first time because the bottom 2 were broken. I returned them and they replaced them but this time the bottom one was broken. I need them now. I don't know whether to return them again (they were packaged better this time but the bottom one was still arrived broken). I would like to keep 4 and just have them credit me back for the broken one???? I would give a 5 star rating if the vendor made this happen for me, or if I only have to send back the broken one for replacement of a partial refund. I want to keep the 4 that are not broken?

Like the stackability for organizing. They seem very sturdy and after six months of pretty consistent use, they have been good. One of the handles broke immediately, was a real pain to get it replaced.

I like the product however one of the bins and handles were cracked so I cannot really use it for secure storage.

Awesome. Use them all over the house. No issues with shipping or quality.

I purchased these on Amazon Warehouse Deals for $70+tax thinking that it's a slightly better deal and maybe more environmentally conscious than buying a pristine new item. the website description built confidence:"Condition: Used - Very Good - Small cosmetic imperfection on top, front or sides of item. Small cosmetic imperfection on bottom or back of item. Small cosmetic imperfections on the corner of the item. Item will come in original packaging. Packaging will be damaged."however when the package arrived (quickly - yay!) i opened it to find the top 2 totes completely damaged. not useable.i contacted Amazon customer service chat, spent an hour and a half with several very slow to respond agents (robots?) in an attempt to keep/use the 4 intact totes and to spare the time/cost/hassle of returning all the items and repurchasing, i requested a cost replacement for the 2 broken items ($27). but the best they can do is give a $13 discount, which is something, but i'm still in the hole for a broken bin?obviously i'm a dissatisfied customer who's actively seeking alternatives to Amazon for convenient home delivery (there are more and more options popping up every day, many equally or more competitive to Amazon!)i also cancelled my prime membership which felt great. if the company i buy from won't stand by its customers or its integrity or the products it's selling i have zero reasons to remain loyal.
