Good deed done for the day!
If given the option to leave a no star rating I would. Device setup utilizing my iPhone was a very painful experience. After my initial experience I was satisfied with my purchase for about a week. After that timeframe charging became a pain and one that I can no longer bear for it does not even hold a charge for an entire day. I don't usually write reviews but I would feel terrible if another person makes this awful purchase. I have never had one bad experience with an amazon purchase until now. I will definitely be more mindful in future purchases. Please don't waste your time here and move on to the next available option. I admit the price is very alluring but if I could do it all over again I would shell out a couple more dollars rather than staring at a useless product on my countertop that does nothing but infuriates me when I set eyes upon it.

This item was DOA. It would not power on or acknowledge charging with any charger I tried it on.I am getting it refunded through Amazon.

This thing is awful. Not only did it not have the charging cable, the heart rate monitor and step monitor do not work actually. The sleep monitor is a JOKE, the directions were Chinese and full of grammar errors. I wasted my money.

I think it is a good tracker. But it doesn't detect the steps so well. I try to used in my foot on a eliptical and it doesn't detect anything. But it is really good for the price.

Buy another brand
It worked great for a few weeks, but lately it will not calculate my sleep hours as it advertises. The heart rate monitor is not as accurate as I wanted.
