Electrician fitted it said really easy to install app works well and charges well better value buying on Amazon than paying a installer company £1300

From day one it has never worked &unfortunately I missed the window to return to Amazon due to delayed installation, so I have been fighting with WallBox directly for the last 2 weeks. WallBox wanted an electrician's report, then photo's , inside & out, which I supplied. They say they will escalate but nothing so far.Additionally description states 3 phase, but it is not legal in the UK

Don't waist your time buying this. In the end Amazon gave me a refund because of the terrible customer service from Wallbox. There is a lot of EV charger choice, I will be looking elsewhere for a solution.

The Wallbox is small and unobtrusive and worked for over two years … then it started failing … Wallbox’s support is a joke … they’ll fob you off and delay by asking ridiculous questions. And then just advise that there may be new firmware at some unknown point in the future that might help and that’s it. That’s the extend of their support.It’s a shame as the small profile and being able to turn off the lights makes it the ideal subtle charger but I can’t see them lasting when they don’t provide any support.

Plastic is very brittle and there’s no thought to cable management. Wouldn’t recommend.

Un produit facile à installer et se connecte sans problème via Bluetooth et Wifi. Il fonctionne très bien depuis une semaine, il faut voir à la longue mais je suis confiant. Je n'ai pas la fonction Power Meter. Mon tableau me permet maximum 20A en triphasé +N, le câble est du 5 fils rigides avec 6MM2 de section. C'est déjà juste pour connecter ce câble aux bornes, mais je doute pour du 10mm2 en triphasé, ou peut être en fil souple. Donc à réfléchir si vous pensez connecter du 5G10 mm2 pour des raisons techniques.

Quand je lis certain avis, je ne peut n’empêcher de réagir... Une borne avec connecteurs brûlés c'est normal, les connecteurs ne sont pas prévus pour du 10mm2 rigide (faire une arrivée en 10mm2 rigide dans un boitier plexo et raccorder en 6mm2 souple, c'est largement suffisant, vu comment c'est fait le gars à du les enfoncer au marteau et au final tout a cramé ! La mise à jour a réglé tous les bugs du début, maintenant ça fonctionne très bien en réseau ou en BT. J'ai eu a faire avec le SAV pour une plasturgie de capot reçu cassé, ils m'ont renvoyé gratuitement un capot neuf après plusieurs échanges par mail. Bref, pour les amateurs et autres bricoleurs non aguerris, faites faire ça par des gens qui savent faire avant de descendre ce boitier.

Habe das Pulsar 3 Phasig installiert, habe mir noch den dazugehörigen MID (Smart Meter) kurz vor dem Zähler installiert. Damit wollte ich zu 100% erzeugten PV Strom tanken, sprich nur wenn Überschuss da ist wird Strom von der Wallbox ans Auto weitergeleitet. Hier benötigte ich den Support da komischer Weise so, die MID Meter Option in der App nicht aktiviert werden. Sondern ausschließlich Eco-Smart. Ebenso hatte ich versucht den Modbus zwischen Box und Meter per Bus Funkübertragungsmodule zu lösen. Die Verbindung steht, jedoch funktioniert das laden nicht, es muss also eine Busleitung gelegt werden.
