The Simien elbow brace and sleeve are working out great for me!
I have small arms, less than 8" around under my elbow and the brace which has adjustable fits perfectly. The quality of the material and design are excellent! I wear the brace (strap) while I'm on the computer which helps protect the area below my elbow which in turn has significantly reduced my pain. I've only worn the compression sleeve a few times later in the evening for about 30 minutes when my elbow was particularly sore which did seem to help reduce the soreness. I'm hopeful that If I'm good about wearing the brace while I'm on the computer and in general rest my arm I'll be pain free in no time!! I highly recommend these Simien products!

helpful for ailing elbows, but easy to lose the sleeve
I bought two, and they've been helpful for my ailing elbows, but it's easy to lose the sleeve, so beware!

Fits perfectly and very comfortable
I’ve been suffering from tennis elbow for months and using this just a few hours a day, tremendously helps with pain!

One size does NOT fit all !
I have a small arm so I have to overlap the velcro strap. It worked a bit for a few weeks but then the velcro would no longer stick. My forearm is 9.5" so I would not recommend this product unless your forearm is a fair bit bigger than mine.

Works great
The o ly thing is the velcro... idk how long will last. But I really love the product!

I couldn't be more pleased.
This fits perfectly, not too tight to cut off circulation but tight enough to offer compression. I am 5'7 and weigh 135 pounds and ordered the small. I couldn't be more pleased.

Size up
The sleeve is comfortable once you stretch it out. The brace is so small that it will not close properly. The velcro is not adjustable. I recommend going a size up from your measurement.

The Velcro not sticky anymore after a few time use. Be aware.

Product as described and arrived promptly. Fitting instructions not provided with product and were sent in an email a day later. I say instructions but just a link to a you tube video which I didn’t find great.

The strap works in that I feel no pain but ...
The strap works in that I feel no pain but it's bulky and the sleeve came ripped at the seam. It's also very expensive compared to other straps.
