The recorder is very tiny and so is easy to be discreet. The sound quality is very good. The battery life is also great. Initially, it was challenging understanding the instructions, but I'm impatient, so that was user error. I did encounter an issue at which I contacted the company. They immediately responded with assistance to troubleshoot. I wasn't able to solve it, and they immediately sent me another one without hesitation. Very good customer service.

Poor sound quality on playback. Defeats the entire purpose of having this item. Can't seem to pick up any noise that's more than just a few inches away . Can barely make out what anybody is saying. Disappointing to say the least.

I ordered two of these. One works very well. Sound quality is excellent. Easy to use. I’m being a pain in the butt customer trying to deal with the other one. Customer service is being patient. Persistent. And very helpful. Wow. If every company has service like this choices would far more difficult for customers. Luckily this one is over the top terrific!!!:)

Easy to carry. Easy to use and good sound

I like it, sound quality is ok but the VoR feature is kinda spotty, along with how to delete from the device. I really don't like how it attaches to my phone to listen from it... it is really janky and the connection never allows me to use it via phone.Update: The owner sent me a replacement:) excellent customer service:)
