Not for me - too many typos.
Honestly, I couldn't get past the first few pages. I never even got into the recipes. A ketogenic eating style is high fat low carb with moderate protein. In one of the first pages it says something about low fat... there were many other typos that made me stop reading.Please form your own opinion on this book, its not expensive and I may be too critical.

Since when does "cut up a cucumber" qualify as a recipe?
These recipes are a joke. Mix dried fruit? Put peanut butter on celery? I am certainly glad this was a FREE book, but it's not even worth the space it is taking up in my Kindle Library. Keto Cereal? Ingredient list does not include milk, yet the directions say to add the milk. It also includes 2 cups of flax seed in the ingredient list yet never says what to do with them. At that point I gave up reading. I agree with other reviews that this person should not be writing a book. I wish I could give it NO STARS.

I am happy to read this book as it taught me the importance of this diet in our health and how it would help those who have an illness like diabetes, cancer and others which need to alter their diet to improve their health.The recipes are to die for, and it has additional info such as its nutritional value per serving, which is good.Though there are extra bonus books when i downloaded this book, but my only interest is on ketogenic subject.Overall, i have enjoyed reading this book! Good in my opinion!

A fun book with lots of good ketogenic recipes.
Not a bad book at all. I am really enjoying the recipes and the variety ensures that I don't get bored and stop my diet journey.The recipes assume you have the staples such as salt and pepper etc and they don't require any hard to find foods.I very much am enjoying this book and look forward to any revisions which come out.I received this recipie book at a discount for my honest review.

I liked the book. I and my family have been watching over the health so we read a lot of literature about the various diet and healthy eating. This book contains recipes, tips, value per portion. This remarkable book

KETO ON!!! I just read through this amazing cookbook all day and I am just amazed at all the good information and thorough explanations, tips and guidelines! I also loved all the wonderful recipes included! Is there anything else you can ask for?!?! I love it! It's easy to see that it took a lot of time and care to create this kind of quality. You will not be dissapointed!! I have learned so much, it is time to startand see (& feel!) results!

Rubbish cook book
The worst cook book i have ever bought. No pictures of the recipes and the recipes themselves where uninsipring and too basic.

Do not rely on this book!
This is a very poorly written book. Grammatical errors, incomplete sentences, spelling errors, use of incorrect words eg. "boarder line" for "borderline".The content has not been well researched. There is no reference material to support the writer's suppositions and recommendations.
