Hi, Thanks for your question! We suggest charging once your B37 battery has reached 50% or below. In addition, we only suggest that you keep your B37 charging for up to 6 hours at a time. Q: Is this helpful for dealing with shin splints?

I don't think a percussive massager would be good for shin splints because it's not meant to put on bone. Better: freeze some water in a dixie cup, tear the cup down so ice is exposed, and lightly rub the ice right on the shin.
