Awesome Customer Service
To get straight to the point, one of my parts broke through the box prior to it being delivered. Called the Seller and they corrected it ASAP! Completely hassle free!I wasn't sure if my kids were going to like the hoop but they did. We wheel it in the garage every night because I live in an HOA. But the mobility of the hoop is so awesome my 12 yr old even said… “I don't mind moving that around… its easy!” Not the type of stuff he say🙃.Anyways, I would 100% recommend the hoop. Good quality, durable, easy to set up, and very mobile.

Great customer service
I bought this basketball hoop for my 11 year-old grandson. It arrived earlier than expected and he assembled it by himself very easily. He has enjoyed it daily, even after it blew over on a particularly windy day and bent the hoop. Now, in addition to filling it with water, his father has secured it with additional weight, but it should be noted that the seller recommends taking it indoors when the wind blows hard. Since the hoop was bent, I reached out to the seller to inquire about buying a replacement hoop. Within one day, they replied that they would send a replacement hoop right away at no charge. I highly recommend this product and the company’s excellent customer service.

Not a bad unit for the money. No major issues so far. Instructions leave a little to be desired other than that good bang for the buck.

Amazing customer service
Bought this net for our 5yro son's birthday. He loves it, plays with it every evening! The adjustability is incredible. Very well made. We did have an issue where it arrived with some cracks in the upper corners of the backboard. They sent a complete replacement immediately with no issues. Great product, great customer service - couldn't ask for a better experience.

Not what I expected.
Takes at least two people to assemble, difficult to change height, not as durable as I expected. Would not buy again. Next time I would spend more money and get more quality.

Perfect for me and my kids!
Great value for this goal! So hard to find a good one that’s affordable but this one is wonderful. Very easy to adjust the height too!

Easy to assemble. Christmas gift for young kids. Love the adjustable height so it can grow with kids. Even with water filled in base still a little wobbly and unstable, must back up with weight to keep from tipping.
