Easy to install (there is work involved lol), but overall everything worked great and fit great! I gave Durability a 5 star, but just installed, so if it doesn't hold up, I'll let you know.

Only thing I'm a little disappointed about this liner is the pricing. I ordered one last April and it's now almost $500 less for the exact print and size. I understand that they've been in high demand but that is a little outrageous. I can't report on the durability as we haven't opened the pool up yet since we only really used it last summer. It's not as thick as the one that came with our pool, but it did the job and I love the pattern. I just wish I could have gotten it for the price that it is currently.

Ordered in early Feb '22. I ordered it early to ensure the availability of liner. Setting up this past weekend to be swimming by this weekend, as it is already hitting the 90's here. Upon filling, about 1/3 full noted a leak. Pool has 1/8 in foam pad on sides and bottom, Gorilla Brand ground cover, 6 IN foam cove (commercial manufacture) and clean/washed sand base. Followed written instructions for "warranty" submission.Company response: Our liner warranty is prorated based on your purchase date and purchase price and covers seam separations only. In the first year I’ll need the defective piece of the liner showing the open seam, the attached warranty form filled out and a copy of your receipt. Once I receive everything we send the replacement to you directly. Right now normal warranties are at about an 8 week lead time but being this is a brand new install, we could probably speed up to possibly 3 to 4 weeks.My response:As I could visually see the most likely area of the leak, I used Leakmaster, yellow pool dye leak detection. (Also purchased from AMZ, works like a charm!) I have attached a photo of the point of leak, it is actually two poinst on the weld. As noted in the photo and by feel that it's almost as if the seam were "over-welded" causing it to become the point of failure. It is the point where the two bottom pieces were welded to the side piece then another spot on the weld about 2 cm right of the 3 point seam.8 week turn around, or even 4 week, is not acceptable and sending in a piece of the liner...meaning I have to totally disassemble the top rail in order to remove the liner, reassemble it while waiting for replacement, then disassemble to install the new liner then reassemble is ludicris...Oh and HOPE that no wind storm blows through (which is frequent in Arizona in the spring) and tearing the entire pool down.Needless to say, I do not expect to hear from Swimline and at this point repairing it is going to cost me about $250-$300 in supplies and water--- I live in a desert. But I cannot afford to disassemble to pool to get them their piece of faulty liner out, whilst leaving the pool frame empty for 2 months in hopes a replacement liner will show up.Next time I will just go direct with Pool Factory, who stands behind their warranty info and fully trusts their customers. Might cost a bit me, but the piece of mind working with a solid company is worth it.If the product you're buying is from SwimLine...look for another seller.UPDATE: 12APR22Company response: we do not have liners in stock as the manufacturer, all liners are being made to order. That is the reason for the lead time. The other option you would have is to submit your paperwork to me, pay in advance for the liner, I would process the order. When you receive the replacement and install, then send me the defective piece of the liner along with a copy of your paperwork advising on the paperwork “paid in advance – please reimburse with receipt of defective piece”. I would need to receive the defective piece back by end of season.SO BASICALLY SHELL OUT ANOTHER $600 DOLLARS TO WAIT 8 WEEKS+ FOR DELIVERY OF A NEW LINER, THEN DRAIN POOL, DISASSEMBLE SEND IN DEFECTIVE PORTING, THEN HOPE FOR A REFUND...???WORST WARRANTY POLICY ...EVER.PURCHASE YOUR POOL PRODUCT FROM ANYONE OTHER THAN SWIMLINE!!!!

Received our liner after starting the filling process it was leaking, found a few small holes in several places. Contacted the customer service and they initially were going to off 10% off and send patches. I didn’t want to do that knowing their could be more holes and I didn’t want to keep filling and draining the pool every time we found a hole (they are super hard to see with no water in the pool) and wasting money and water. I emailed them back about my concerns and how I was losing money on water it was washing my sand away that we paid for and was wasting money on the equipment we had to rent in order to level and pack the sand. They replied stated they would send a replacement liner! Great customer service. I wouldn’t of had an issue patching the pool if we didn’t find these little holes in more then one place and not knowing if we would find more.

It took my husband and I 12 hours to take our old liner and replace it with this one and it was worth it!

So far it was very easy to install. Not ripped. More money than I wanted to spend but other liners actually ripped in a year. Looks very nice too. Hoping this one lasts. If it does, it’s worth it. It seems very good quality. Also it didn’t have a huge plastic smell when it came out of the box.

Installation was pretty easy overall with 2 helpers.The product itself does what its supposed to do (hold water) and looks good doing it. Very pleased and would buy again.

This liner was very easy to install and the thickness is perfect. Would definitely recommend
