Bad costumer service
It worked fine for some days, then started this error message for live channels and I have been sending requests for 5 days and so far nothing has been done.

It works perfectly!
I got mine few days ago. It was just plug and play and I have had no issue. I'm using in Indonesia and all channels work fine. Very easy to install too.

Bed boxes don't buy it
I bought three boxes the first one the delivery in the wrong house. the second one after one month stop working #3 works very slow, I'm not recommend nobody to by this box. do not waste your time do not waste your money!!!!
