DoveDeodorant Refills Refill Kit 0% Aluminum Sensitive Aluminum Free Deodorant, 1.13 oz

So I REALLY love having the refillable deodorant. The case is really small, and cute. Easy to pack when I travel. I believe it has been close to a year, since I have started using these. I have only have the deodorant stick fall off 3 times, and even then I just ran it under warm to hot water and pressed it back on to the base, and it didn't fall off again. Then only real complaint I have is with the packaging, and maybe if there was a way to use less plastic. I know the refills need their plastic base, but maybe there is a way to move away from having the refills in the plastic containers. Maybe Dove is already working on this, it is nice that I can recycle the cardboard boxes, but the small plastic containers that the refills come in, I just end up throwing away. But over all I enjoy this product very much.

I have been using this for several years. I love that I can refill this and not throw another hunk of plastic away. I know some people have complained about the deodorant breaking off, but I have never had this problem. It is completely unscented and gentle even after shaving.

If you've already used this item and looking for a refill, you might be better off getting it from the store. I'm not sure if it was a product defect or the fact that the item was maybe out for half a day on my porch before I received it- but it definitely doesn't work as it did when purchased from the store.The replacement does not stick and keeps falling off. Very disappointed in this replacement. The only thing that I am happy about is that the product its self is made for sensitive skin and works better than the fragrance products.

The refills stay in the holder during use. I don’t know why the one in the kit did not work. I still had an original Dove deodorant so I rolled it down and placed the deodorant from the kit in the old deodorant case.I did not realize the deodorant has a wet feel. I don’t like that. I ordered the one for sensitive skin which it the same one I used in the plastic solid style. The only difference is this one is aluminum free. Maybe that’s why it has a different feel after applying.

I want this to work so badly that I've tried this product several times. By now, I have used at least 6 refills and each one has broken. Each time I give it another chance, I tell myself that I just need to be more careful.
