If Angel Hair Pasta is already part of your diet and you're looking to add a little more variety we think you'll like black shirataki noodles :) Besides the color (more light brown than black) that makes for great contrast when mixed with the white, the great advantage to this shirataki noodle over the others is its ability to hold onto sauce better than regular angel hair. It is made of the unrefined Yam Flour from the konnyaku imo tuber, the same as traditional shirataki and a very small amount of hijiki (a Japanese sea vegetable) is added. Only 10 calories per 3 oz serving.
