I have been using this pillow for a couple of weeks now and it is awesome!During this time I switched back to my old pillow and immediately felt how uncomfortable the old one was.The foam has the right balance between comfort and not being squished to noting.Someone told me about this pillow about a month ago and I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try and return it if it was not as good as it claims, but oh boy this thing works!!!For this price, I'm picking up another one to keep as a travel pillow. Its so comfy and helps with my neck pain.The only issue I have is to figure out a cover for this thing. But the good news is the cover it has can be taken out to wash. A normal pillow case also works which is what I have at the moment.

I've neck and back pain issues and wanted to try this. I'm a back sleeper and sometimes toss sideways as well.When the pillow arrived (came like a roll) and after I unpack it, it expanded to the shape as shown in the picture.I started using the pillow. It is very comfortable when I sleep on my back. Head and neck rests perfectly on the pillow as it has been shaped for a comfortable rest. After using this when I went back to my old pillow I could feel pain in my old pillow.I highly recommend this if you have neck issues.Feel I got excellent product for a great price. I would highly recommend this.

This pillow is very small. The design of it is suppose to support side and back sleepers but it was not effective for me. In fact, it gave me a horrible kink in my neck the next morning. There’s small sections of the pillow that sits on the edge sides of the pillow, surrounding the deep dip/hole in the middle. These small sections are for side sleepers to lay their head. The middle section is where the head falls into place for back sleepers. It was not the pillow for me! My pillow search journey continues…..

Was having neck issues, bought this pillow , it’s pretty decent, firm, good for side sleepers too. It’s not really thick, but does the job, relieves some of the neck discomfort and helped keep my head straight while sleeping. Good purchase.

This is the worst pillow I have ever purchased. It is not comfortable at all. I do not recommend this at all. I am sorry that I bought it. I don't know how it can even be called a pillow?? It's like lying on cardboard.. I should have sent it back but I just don't have the time . Either way this does not get any recommendations from me.

I have been having cervical pain for weeks which causes me to wake up with awful headaches. I almost didn’t purchase this item due to some of the reviews and because of the price. I’m really glad I decided to try it instead of spending more. Some reviews mention the pillow having a strong smell- that was not the case for me. I did let it air out (approx 8 hours) and used it that night with no problem. The pillow is perfect for me and I have not woken up with a headache since using it! 5/5 for me.

This is a very comfortable pillow but less than a year later it goes completely flat. I've flipped it over but that only lasts 4 months before it just hurts you.

I'm a side/belly sleeper and this supports my head really nicely. I have a really hard time falling asleep on my back, but this supports my head in such a way that I've been able to fall asleep on my back instead of my side (which I hear is better for you than the side/belly position I'm usually in). I've had a couple of foam pillows before which have been hot to sleep on, but this one isn't. I've had this for a couple of months now and I'm not seeing any loss of shape or smooshing of the foam.
