I bought two of these pans for gifts 2years ago. The recipients like them a lot. I decided to buy one for myself. It works great! Beautiful perfect brownies every time. I spray a little cooking spray on the inserts and around the edges but honestly it would probably work fine without the spray. Just pour your batter into the pan, then place the divided insert in and bake it, once cooled, just lift the divider out by the little handles, and you have perfect sectioned, brownies. This also works well for dessert breads like banana bread and pumpkin bread.

Finally, something I can bake brownies in without messing them up when cutting them. I am very happy with this.

This is my first time ordering a Brownie Pan with the grids so you get edge pieces throughout and it is amazing.

I’m not sure if I’m supposed to bake the brownies with the divider in them or not. I got better results baking the brownies in the pan & then cutting them with the divider once I took them out of the oven! It truly is non stick!

If used with the divider the brownies break up. Even if sprayed with nonstick spray, the batter sticks to the divider and brownie/batter breaks-up. If used without divider, as a normal pan, it's fine, but not why I bought the pan. Disappointed.

This made the perfect brownie squares! If you are an edge eater of brownies, get this pan!!

What a great item--as a family "brownie-maker" for all of our gatherings, this has made the ease of making brownied even easier, because it eliminates the messy, time-consuming cutting. I let the brownies go almost cool, pulled the blades out and, voila, perfection!
