Fit a little tight in my grill, but quality and price make up for the effort to install.

Was ready to do some trimming but this fit perfect. Used the grill 3 times so far and no issues - Can't beat the price

Had I not read the previous reviews on this product I would’ve given it one star. As previously reviewed these Weber flavorizer bars come in two sections. One section only needed to have a small notch cut to fit my summit silver D. The other section as stated before is totally different. The spacing is wrong the length is wrong, it’s unusable. I had to cut the welds off, gring them down and cut the center section to the correct length. Then set them to the correct spacing and reweld the four bars back on to the center section. I knew it was gonna have to be reworked on one section but I didn’t realize it would require this much work to make it right. I’m giving three stars because the OEM part for my weber Was nearly 4 times the price of this one and the stainless steel is decent. Not as thick as Weber’s but close.

The product pictures and description make it seem like you are getting two pieces of 4 welded flavorizer bars that are the same size/spacing. They are not. So, while one piece fits over the burners, the second piece does not line up with the other 2 burners. On my grill I can shift it left/right to get it to cover one burner but the other burner is then between bars. I am going to try positioning it so it mostly covers both burners and see if that creates hot spots which the bars are supposed to help alleviate. Not sure what they were trying to accomplish by having the 2 pieces different..... At best it will work on half of your grill!

These are very adequate replacements for the price differential if buying true Weber parts. One caveat being these are not as thick and that you need to be handy or have access to a metal grinder! A few corners and edges need to be taken off in order to make these fit correctly so that the flame bars cover the burners. Not a big job and a few minutes. Start by seeing which set work best on the right or left and then mark and grind a bit. After the fitting my Weber was ready for more years of top notch grilling.

Its like everyone says, they do not fit over the burners to disperse the flames. I moved them in every direction, to the point I market each corner 1-4 and tried them in every position. Never did they cover all the burner, wrong spacing. I did what another suggested and took them apart (grinding) the welds off. I then put them where they should go and welded them together.Only reason I give them a 3 star is because the material is good and so much le$$ than the OEM version that it was worth while for me to take the effort to modify them.
