Not the brightest and I hadn't picked up that there's only 50cm between the (three) lamps, I would have preferred 100cm, but for the price you get decent enough illumination, particularly the magenta and green with a very low power consumption. White is a bit odd as it's an RGB combination, not pure white, and the yellow is just a paler green. Red gives a quite mysterious ambience!The weighted bases are good on their own but not quite heavy enough to counteract the twists and bends in the cable from being packed - extra weighting of the cable is needed (the product photos show the issue!). The lamps are adjustable in pitch through a somewhat limited vertical arc of about 35º.The control has a decent range and gives all manner of adjustable flashing or merging options if that's what you want. I've connected the transformer to a single gang water resistant extension socket which I've further sealed with silicone. The connection is in the small waterproof DriBox in a half buried, drained, water-resistant crate as the transformer is part of the plug along with the water and air pumps all wired up to an RCD protected external control box. The lights have been in this set-up now for a couple of weeks and so far so good.All in all, very good value for money and a good way of getting an idea of what a more expensive and powerful lighting system might give. I might get the bigger set to light the garden borders as I have a spare switch on the control box!

After a couple of days of being installedThe lights suffered from water ingressWhich resulted in the led lights on certain colours not workingWhich is very disappointing after taking time installing them in my pondAlso the cable between each light is very short and the power adapter plug is fed from the top rather than the bottomWhich means the waterproof outlet lid is unable to closeIt's all a bit of a shame

I had to replace my previous lights and when these came they were much sturdier. Ours aren’t sucked as it’s just a rubber bottom. I’m impressed. Also the wire is much longer than previous lights which is very helpful as they need to be plugged in!!

Not really happy with these.Firstly, you can’t turn it on with the remote you have to press the start button near the adapter.The beam is highly directional, and you can’t change the speed which changes colour. It seems you can only press the remote three or four times before it stops working, then wait for the battery to recover. I’ve had to change the battery already.Finally, the Bluetooth is rubbish, even though the connector isn’t waterproof, it has to remain outside the waterproof box, so I’ve covered it with clingfilm.
