Awsm product. Eaay to use. Value for money.

I was excited for this product to come in, HOWEVER product is not sold as described. The product listing photo, plus the product description say 5 bags of hard wax beans are included, however I only received 3. The product box itself states a 14 oz bag of hard wax beans is included in the kit. HOWEVER, I only received 3 bags, each are 3.5 ounces. 3.5 x 3 is barely 10.5 ounces, so I was short changed on wax beads that I paid for. Therefore, I will be returning this product. I included a photo, so other buyers can see everything that the kit / product really includes vs the false advertisement.

Ordered on December 31st and received it January 2nd. I wanted to test it out with the hard wax that’s included in the kit. Plugged it in, filled it with the wax beads. Selected the solid button and pressed the start button. The start button was hard to press, but I eventually got it. Let it melt, tested one wrist and was too hot. I went to turn the temperature down and that button didn’t work. So, I pressed other buttons and none of them worked. This model doesn’t have a off button and the instruction manual references a model with a knob to turn off. So the only thing left to do was to unplug it and plug it back in. I do that, now only the solid button works and the temperature up buttons. None of the other buttons did. The website that’s included in the instruction manual doesn’t either..... So I reached out to Amazon to get a refund.

It works great but you need a few good hours to do it. I also noticed that you get practice so I believe that with time you will do it faster. One tip I can give you that I learned from watching some videos is that you should apply talcum powder to make sure the skin is dry, in areas such as the armpit or bikini area and below because otherwise the material will be harder to pull off like chewing gum. (in case the skin is not completely dry) making it even more painful, so I recommend using talcum powder. About the pain, in the legs it doesn't hurt much, but in the thinner skin areas it hurts a little/a lot but it's a thing of 1 second, after pulling the pain goes away and also some areas can be sore the next day (I recommend an anti-inflammatory, helped me). That's it. I recommend it, the skin is very clean and smooth and also with time less and less hair will come out and the ones that will be thinner making it even easier and less painful.

I have only used it once for my legs and mustache. I really liked it. Warms fast, instructions say 30 minutes but it was ready in 10. It's very easy to control the temperature.

This wax is great for beginners or regulars. I did a Brazilian, underarm and lip wax. It worked wonderfully! If you spread a wide enough layer, you should have little to no hairs left behind. The pain is minimal if your used to waxing. I’m African American so I have curlier hair and it had no problem gripping it even though it was short. A great buy overall!
