anyone looking to put this on a new rossi ss notorious for the front sight flying off this is it . nailed it. i cant tell you which stud worked cuz i had them all out but one of them works perfectly so try them all. they are so small and hard to work with but they do work and very well. loctite it and go shoot . it is very small but perfect for that single shot . i was so happy to find something that worked because rossi is worthless for parts replacement dont even try .

Great lil replacement sight
It's a nice little sight, and I do mean little.. it's hard to find the bead on a 20"+ barrel but unlike the older spark model 2 , the new #3 model is made of steel instead of plastic with steel set screws but where they downgraded was making the new model 3 with a much smaller diameter bead... its hard to see. It won't break off easily like the older version atleast which I had previously. The fiber dot is about the diameter of a toothpick while the older version was the size of a handgun's night sight or bigger. But for the money it's worth it and comes with almost every common thread size needed to install it on whatever brand shotty you're using, also includes 4 light pipes, bright yellow green (pre installed), green, red, white. If you're buying this for a mossberg .410 (new production) which I was, they're apparently now threaded for the biggest screw size in this pack and not the usual smaller mossberg size used on 12 guages.

Used on 1957 Ithaca
I inherited my family shotgun, a 1957 Ithaca Featherlite. The front bead was missing, so I replaced it with this one. I haven't used it yet but it was easy to install and looks cool. Definitely more visible than stock.

Ithaca 37 replacement sight
I used the spark III sight as a replacement on my 1956 ithaca model 37. For those of you looking for information on replacing the original raybar sight on these guns you probably know information is limited. On my shotgun, with original raybar sight and no other modifications, the 6-48 screw fit. It does protrude into the barrel a slight amount which may or not be an issue but I filed away the remaining thread with a half round fine file. The finished product is as close to smooth with the inside of the barrel as you can get. I’m very pleased with how it turned out with the minimal effort involved. I’m not sure of the thread sizes in prior or post models but I would assume they are the same as these shotguns haven’t changed much. At 10$ it’s a cheap experiment, at least that was my logic, and it worked out. The sight is small, maybe a 1/4”, and it sits slightly lower than the original sight and lined up a hair width to the right of the where the original sight had been according to the worn area left on the barrel. This corrected the guns POI as it shot high and left for me. So again, ithaca 37 1956, it worked, looks great and stays put. Good luck, hope this helps.

Check size it works
I liked that it lanes sizes and gave extras. It’s a two way screw in case you did not know like me. Excuse to use my magnetic spin screwdrivers. Googled my muzzleloader to get front size screw size . Ruined green but it’s like they knew this. Would happen and provided another green, red and white. Confusing at first but looked carefully. Tweezers and work over surface table.

Worth the risk vs what’s out there.
Felt like I had to force it to get it aligned. Afraid to break that tiny thread off in the hole. If it wasn’t my mud gun, I wouldn’t have risked it. But, overall worth what I paid for it.
