I'm not 100% sure I realized these lamps turned on by touch, but you can tap anywhere on the metal and they'll turn on, which is cool. However, it's a little eerie when they turn on by themselves, which can happen every once in a while for mine at least. There's nothing metal on the table around them either. I starting writing this review because I was laying in bed reading on my phone and my lamp just turned itself on again. But still very pretty and a very reasonable price for a set of two. The second lamp, on my husband's side of the bed, does not turn itself on as often as mine. Maybe I'll switch them...

The media could not be loaded.  These are GORGEOUS. I get so many compliments. A little shorter than I expected but none the less I love them. I love the usb ports. Just now they are sensitive. My cat taps them at night and they come on and wake us.

I like that you can tap any of the gold to adjust the light setting. A little too bright on the highest. But looks good. Got the floor lamp version too

The only reason I didn’t give this lamp five stars is because I had to find a bulb that is low enough wattage so it doesn’t shine in your face but I love it

Not that it's bad. It didn't look like the photo may be just me. It's very pretty but not me, well I haven't really figured where to place it.

In my bedroom the outlets are not that accessible. Charging the phones means accessing the power strip behind the bed and it is just a big production. Not only are these lamps pretty and unusual, but they have built in ports! Easy on and off touch feature.

I am a fan of their original bulb, but my family has replaced it with another industrial bulb of a warmer effect, and it is also perfect. The guests loved it. You may let a baby play with it: the four modes can be toggled via a simple touch , and it does not get too hot. A very cool object in terms of it's design , expressive, playful in a tech way
