For the price, I expected this heating pad to last longer than 5 months. Very disappointing!

Great product! I really like the work of the leather part and the natural jade stone gloss.It is great for blood circulation and pain relief. I have one in small and bought a medium for my dad. He likes it just as much as I do.

I had a smaller one of these with different controllers. I'm frustrated that this one didn't come with operating instructions as to HOW to set the timer and the heat and don't know Celsius. I feel like I really am not getting the best out of it because of no directions for the buttons. And I used my old one almost every night. :(

I purchased one fro myself. It worked so well I purchased 3 more as gifts for friends with sore backs, colds etc. I great product

Great heating pad. Love this size. It folds and is large enough to sit on and use for my tail bone and low back at the same time.

I really like the feel of the jade stones. The heat feels so nature from the stones. Much better experience than other electronic heating mats! Highly recommend it.

Great for massage table and surprisingly comfortable.
