I thought I was buying an HP. I ONLY buy HP. The reason is that the keyboard always fits me right. Some don't. If they are a little off while typing fast you can get all messed up with keys that are not a fit for your typing. If you two-finger type, that isn't an issue.I looked at so many laptops that somehow I confused that this is not an HP. I, however, LOVE this computer. It is very lightweight!! The keyboard FITS me so I can type fast. A hard drive is harder to find now. SSD is the thing today. I want a hard drive! This one has SSD plus and 1 T hard drive!! Thank You!! The computer is FAST. And look up Lenovo vs HP, Lenovo won. I agree!!With HP, I was getting the 'blue screen' constantly. I asked Staples where I had purchased it about it since it was under warranty still. Their answer was they needed to be the one to set it up so it didn't do that. I hardly think so! HP is heavier. Without the hard drive, I kept getting a message that I did not have enough space. What?? I have Carbonite online backup. (That rocks btw) To have to store my laptop contents on the cloud to use it is ridiculous. Having the SSD speed and a T hard drive is fantastic.I am in love with this laptop. Buy it!

The biggest thing to know (literally) about this laptop is the wall wart for the charger. It's HUGE -- like 3"x3"x1" --and its own weight will pull it out of a regular wall socket. The only place we can plug it in where it will stay is on a power strip on the desktop.

The seller was able to get the laptop to us a day earlier than estimated so we could get it in time for our flight! the laptop is a joy to use. Lighter than i thought. I mainly wanted a laptop i could use outside and i was trilled when i could see outside on a bright sunny day just as well as inside. The blue light blocking at night is more through than my last which is nice as well. I havn't had a chance to load all my ides on here and see if it can handle the load but so far no issues. Nice to type on, and the cover isn't metal which i would perfer but its nice looking better than shiny plastic, and doesn't have a pattern with i was exspecting with the 7 gen and was plesantly surprised. I looked at best buy and i'm very happy i took a chance that this would ship in time instead.

Set up anh going in less than a half hour. No major updates needed which saves a lot of time. Automatically walked through every set up step needed to get started.

Really good computer. Im very happy. Very fast!
