Easy to use, excellent result
These moulds were so easy to use. Simply dusted with bit of cornflour then pressed the marzipan/icing sugar in (I used different colour for the bill) and then pushed them out and stuck the two halves together with a bit of royal icing to go on top of a river themed Xmas cake. Really good result!
