Delicious and easy to bake but I've seen no difference in my milk supply. I've eaten 4 a day as the package says 1-4 a day recommended. Maybe it takes a few days after you're done before it works so I'll update IF my supply improves but as of now, no.I've seen success with fenugreek pills so I am hoping these work.

They taste weird
I can't speak to their efficacy because I just baked them, but they have an aftertaste that is reminiscent of fried fish, so I won't be buying this mix again.Also, shortening? Really? Gross.

They taste AMAZING!! They helped a little bit with my milk but I think my supply just sucks but these are amazing and I would gladly buy these again just to eat they're so yummy!
