I paid $8 for a bunch of junk. This DOES NOT fit Sarasa multi color pen.Attached is a closeup of the empty one from my pen and the refill, the refill is thicker and shorter. It’s too thick to even fit into the slot in the pen and got stuck when I tried to force it in, so I never got a chance to see if the shorter part would be a problem.Save yourself the trouble and just buy a replacement multicolor pen (which is actually less expensive than these refills) or another red ink pen.

If I can give a 0 star I would. These refills are a joke. I work in the nursing field. I write but not much. These refills will literally last me 5 days and runs out of ink. Waste of money to purchase.

If you are looking for an alternative to the Fisher PR refills the Zebra JK are definitely a good replacement. It takes just a little bit of a trim on the end to fit the length but the diameter is perfect.Ink flow is smooth and consistent with no skipping and dries quickly. Color is rich and vibrant.

I'm so very happy it came so early from what I expected and the delivery person Is very kind to make my package safe so the wind won't blow it away. Thank you so much.
