I had a super heavy mirror to hang. One of those obnoxious ones that just has two slots on the back that have to somehow be lined up perfectly with the screws on the wall.Once I got the measurements of the slots from the back of the mirror copied to the wall (placed a paper bag on back of mirror, punched holes through bag into the slots, removed bag, taped bag to wall and used iPhone “level” tool to make sure pattern on wall was straight) just screwed these into the pattern holes on the wall without a drill, removed the paper and voila! Done.TMI? Get these. Easiest way ever to hang heavy items on drywall without finding stud.

These are easy to install. I just make a small starter hole with an awl and then screw them right in through the plasterboard. No anchors needed. Used two 100 lb ones for a heavy mirror (about 35 lbs) and they are doing the job. Using the 30 lb. ones on everything in my new house. Great for wire hanging, sawtooth or just grabbing the back of something.

We had a lightweight triangular table we wanted to hang on the corner of a room. The unique construction of these screws made it easy. As we were going through drywall, I thought they might prove to be too short, but it worked. Would have felt more comfortable with an extra 1/4" length.

I find it difficult to rate any screw a 5, but I'll make an exception.These are very useful and flexible for hanging light loads.No drilling necessary.Does not slide into or through the wall.Easier to use and better holding fit in sheet rock than any regular screw.You can also use it with a plastic wall anchor if you need to hold a little more weight.The anchor can be pushed or twisted into the hole first made by the inserting the screw.It will work with a U-channel, but just barely. If somebody bangs into the wall, the picture will fall.

I really like these screws. I used them to hand a pretty heavy painted old time wooden frame window that had some advertising on it. My wife got it somewhere and wanted to use it in the kitchen as part of the decorations. These screws were long enough to go most of the way through the top frame corners to hold the old frame together as it hangs around for however how long it does. They also made the attachment of the hanging wire pretty easy. They sent quite a few but if I need another pack, I will surely get these again.

I didn't have faith at first. But it self screwed and was sturdy. I used two to hang this huge polystone wall hanging. Impressive.

Very clever design for hanging pictures instead of a nail! I really like this item and I hang photos and artwork for friends and family, as well as myself! I would recommend this item.

Easy to install and good quality. Actually found them slightly cheaper at a local home store but did not know they existed until I found them in Amazon.
