I have a big collection of Stasher bags because they're not only practical, they're incredibly durable.The `snack` bag is for me way beyond a suitable size for portioned controlled snacks (fruits fresh or dry, puffs, crackers, nuts, trail mixes, hard boiled eggs and everything in between), but also for freezing individual portion of meat or leftover cheese; I might even throw a half avocado in. Stasher bags are also oven / microwave / boiled water safe so this small size is perfect for a small omelet or poaching one egg.This size is also very sleek, fits even in smaller purses (or slim backpacks) easily. I find it very practical to store vitamins and supplements while traveling.The bags are pricey, but they are durable (the thick silicon always provides extra cushion), dishwasher safe (I never handwash them) and versatile; I just wait for sales and grow my collection.I never had issues with my Stasher bag growing mold or gunk in the... 5 years or so owning them (I still have my first bags), but they are a pain to fully dry if your dishwasher doesn't already do the job.

We use these every day for our snacks and lunches. So easy and durable. Hand wash and dry on pot lid holders but can also dish wash. Absolutely love how much waste is decreased by using these!

I LOVE these snack bags for my kids and I use them for my own snacks. The seal is sturdy and so far I have found that they are leak-proof and are easily cleaned in our dishwasher. I have a few of these bags for these reasons.

We have tried probably at least half a dozen different types of these types/brands of these type of products, the things you are usually looking for are 1) do they stay closed when you seal them, 2) are the hard wearing enough that you can really use them over and over again, and 3)(most important to me) do they wash/dry well in the dishwasher - if you can't do that then I know I'm just not going to use them.From this perspective, on these three counts, these stasher bags really are as good as it gets, in my opinion. Despite appearances, they have a strong seal, staying closed even when they are squeeze and shaken about in bags, yet they are easy enough for kids to open and reseal. They are hard wearing - we have bought these a number of times over the past couple of years, just adding to our overall collection. We only lost one when our dog simply had to have a peanut butter sandwich my wife left in a bag. We've seen no rips or tears or even signs of wear and tear at all really. Lastly, they wash really well in the dish washer - the shape means they sit open by default meaning you don't have to fiddle with getting them in a certain spot to make sure water gets in to clean them.Overall, a superior choice in a product landscape that had a lot of duds.

I put my daughters school snacks in these and they’ve saved so much money rather than having to buy boxes of single use baggies. The seal is easy for my elementary aged child to open and reclose as well.I use a brush to clean them then place over the top of a cup on the drying rack to air dry.

Stashes are worth the price. We use these every day and have cut down on ziplocks and one time use plastics.

I already owned a few of the stasher pouches before buying these, so was already convinced of their great quality.I love how easy to clean they are. *to not turn inside out* that may wreck them and is not needed. Out of everything food based that I’ve put in them, nothing has ever stained them. They are very flexible but still incredible sturdy and compared to many other brands out there a little on the ‘thicker’ side.It may seem tricky to open at first, but use the bigger corners on the side to open them instead of trying at the middle part. My 4 yr old is able to open them with no issues!I did. find that they stretch a little over time, but this does not impact the use nor does it change the appearance. It sort of feels like breakign them in.At time of review I have had these for 2 years and as seen in above video and picture they still work great.*not recommended for holding liquids, but just wanted to show in video how good the closure works. *

The product that arrived looks great and sturdy, but I never got to try it. The description says lot of 7 bags, but I received only 1 each time. Very dissapointed. Returned the item, twice!

Although expensive these bags are great multi use replacements for one use bags. Sturdy and easy to clean- except sometimes in the corners of the closure which can take a bit of juggling. The seal is good but careful not to over fill or put a lot of pressure on as then they sometimes will open.
