Ortial OC-150 128GB SATA III CORE 2.5 Inch Internal Solid State Drive SSD - OC-150-128

Was a little hesitant ordering an new (to me) brand name 2.5" SSD but with the crazy prices of all the big name brands currently I figured I'd take a chance and see what Ortial was all about. I've purchased roughly about 175 SSD's from various places over the years and the speed on these are unbelievable compared to the big name brands. The bonus is they also have a standard 5 year warranty which sealed the deal for me. Heading back to try out their memory options and M2's. They are priced reasonably for the time and shipping was better than ANY normal spinning hard drive (looking at you Amazon) which arrived encased in heavy cardboard correctly sized to the thick heavy foam enclosure holding both drives securely without any room to slide all over during shipping. My regret is I didn't buy more and they can't teach any of the delivery people what a doorbell is or how to operate one. Great job Ortial!

i replaced my hdd on my older vaio with win xp with this ssd and an adapter. it functioned very well. in this case it didn’t fit in the hdd bay (this is not ssd manufacture fault) but none the less was able to load win xp then replaced os with win 7 which also worked very well. highly recommended. again i repeat lack of fit was not the manufactures fault, i never contacted them for this. it was a gamble of my own doing with a separate adapter i bought elsewhere. very happy with my purchase.

Wanted to revive an older laptop, and this SSD did it!I tried different HDDs, but they were too slow. This SSD makes it so fast! Not just boot up time, but no stuttering with YouTube too. Pages load much faster too.Just need to get some more memory.

I like the fact that the computer boots up faster using this device. I wish it had more capacity. I do slave my other hard drives as secondary drive so I can still access the data. I understand these things have high failure rate. So far I have yet to have one fail

Installed easily. Haven’t run a benchmark, but seems quick.

I used this as my another Window Drive that I installed and used around for my Desktop to build small by small.

arrived early, well packaged, works great

Got this to replace my hd. Couple screws and a minute later all done. Install my usb windows and turn on the laptop. Works great and a lot faster than hd.
