Everyone hold up….
This is a cheap amp. Plain and simple. I ordered a red refurb and got the wood grain. Whatever. It was $55 with free shipping. It still looks cool. Expecting this to fill a stadium with distorted sound? This is not the amp to do it. HOWEVER, If you have a smidge of patience and a discerning ear you CAN get the sounds that you are looking for. Search up amp settings on YT, Marty Music. He is the man and you CAN get great tones out of this amp. The clean channel is very clear and crisp. I have the 60 watt and the clean channel is very clean and VERY LOUD and has great reverb. I am able to get a great range of clean sounds with my cheapy tele knock off (Indio tele, which I LOVE BTW).So here’s the deal. I have owned a very similar 30 watt Marshall SS amp in the past and the cleans on both sound very similar. At a quarter volume it’s well loud enough for my basement rock out sessions. I have used small Fenders and this 60 watt version is well on par with those. Now, let’s talk about the overdrive/dirty channel. It’s basically like every other overdrive channel on a SS amp I’ve ever used. Perceived much quieter than clean, which is to be expected with the compression that the circuitry imposes. However, this is still workable if you don’t use pedals or multi effects. This is not concerning to me as I use a Boss DS-1 and it RIPS on the clean, plenty of headroom as this is a 60 watt amp.Construction? Looks cool. Nice size. The wood used is particle board and is a closed back. Not a huge issue as it is fairly solidly built. Knobs and switch are nice and feel good, not cheap feeling.Overall, for the price and the fact that you can old school tweak this amp with some patience and listening, I give it a 4.5 overall. Is it a Fender twin? No, but it’s not trying to be. It’s a great affordable amp.

Great practice amp!
Good sound, delay effects are sufficient. Great looks, I got the orange colored amp.(Now I can say I own an "Orange" amp.) Haven't cranked it yet. Got to wait till my wife is away. But already know it is sufficient for my needs. Great price.Shipping & packaging were excellent! Good results without costing an arm & leg.

Shipping damage! East to fix!
This unit was a re manufactured, It clunked when i turned it over. I put it face down on the table removed 4 screws. The transformer was adrift. I simply found 2 screws and fastened the Xfmr back down. All is well took about 10 minuts.

Nice beginner practice amp - but......
Picked this up to go along with a Squire Affinity Starcaster I'm attempting to learn. Arrived promptly, as described, no issues with order or delivery. It's pretty, convenient, and priced right for a beginner. The volume, tone and "drive" controls work as expected. I haven't tried anything with the "AUX-IN" jack, but the input and headphone ports work as advertised. But there's always a "but" isn't there? In this case, there's two.First - advertised and marked as a 20 watt device. You might think that a budget 20 watt amplifier would move more air and be louder than a budget 10 watt amp. At least in this case, you would be wrong. With both the Starcaster volume and this amp cranked to max - it's barely audible outside the 12x12 home office where I practice if I close the door. I plugged the same guitar into a borrowed cheap 10 watt BCP amp - and it will rattle the doors across the hall! Wife and kids don't mind the lower volume - but I expected more. Also noticed a bit of the "hum" from un-grounded plug others mentioned. Minus 1 Star.Secondly and more importantly - I've had this amp out of the box for less than two weeks. While it's pretty, the finish is basically some sort of stick-on wallpaper like material. Which is already starting to peel off around the rear opening where power cable is stored when not in use (see photos). This is totally unacceptable, and I will address with seller. Minus 2 stars.UPDATE: seems this was "Fulfilled by Amazon" so Amazon is the seller. Option were to return for direct replacement, or return for credit. Decided to return for credit, and get something similar with a grounded plug and less "wallpaper" finish.

Should’ve listened to other reviews I read…
It’s ok for a 20watt given the inexpensive price no major complaints (the brand itself has always been pretty consistent)…. BUT, I ordered blue for a reason. Unfortunately, I got some other version (wood grain laminate) like others have mentioned in reviews. I wont return it as it was a gift for a kid getting into Elec guitar but fix your picking process or quality control… Random mechanical issues are unavoidable (I get it) banking money and shipping the wrong thing is just crappy business and a waste of people time and energy.

NO BASS, NO B-LLZ.
They have made me resubmit my review, supposedly say The amp has no B-LLZ is a s-xual comment... take a long flight off a short pier Poser. Now for honesty, this amp is cheap trash, do not buy. It is garbage and not worth buying as it has no bass at all. Crap amp, trash. NO BASS, NO B-LLZ. SCAM.

Sinceramente nada mal por el precio
Tengo un Marshall grande y no le pide nada, es Amazon si te llega quebrada te la reemplazan. Se ve de una calidad muy decente, el sonido es bueno, no entiendo porque tan malas reseñas

Very nice little amplifier.
This small amp is great with our keyboard and guitar by itself or together. Although not powerful but great in our home. Highly recommend.
