This is absolutely my favorite tasting salt, and tests show it is low on lead and other heavy metals, and I've heard that it still had a lot of minerals in it. It is difficult to find any salt that is low heavy metals while still having high mineral content. Himalayan and celtic tend to have pretty high amounts of lead.My only complaint is that it is spendy for what you get. I wish there was a bigger container you could buy for less money but there doesn't seem to be. I've checked their site.So unfortunately I've switched to a different low heavy metals salt but still would like to keep some of this stuff around.

I will order this again. I put it on a steak while it was resting and omg.. it is delicious! A little crunch if it did not all melt and seasoned perfectly. I will try this on a baked potato next. Yummy
