I had a knee surgery two years ago. At first everything was ok, but then the situation started to deteriorate, and I had to look for things that will support my knees. I used more than 3 Bauerfeind knee pads. The product is good, but as you can see, it is expensive. I later found NEENCA on Amazon. This is a pretty good idea. I tried their 051 series and 053 series of knee pads.(In fact there is no difference between the two） The conclusion is that Bauerfeind is a very good product, but overall, NEENCA has won. Bauerfeind: The most impressive thing is the excellent breathability, as well as a good brand image. Silicone pads are larger and thicker. The Bauerfeind seems to be more shaped while the NEENCA is heavier piece of long rectangular plastic. That said, there is no noticeable difference between the two while wearing and running. NEENCA: The NEENCA is slightly longer than the Bauerfeind (see pictures) which gives me the sense of better support and compression over a larger area. Patella gel pads surrounds the kneecap, double-sided metal spring stabilizers fit tightly with your knee joint. These special functional element strengthen side support and maintains joint stability. It effectively disperses pressure, keeping your knee warm, lubricating your joints. Conclusion-Given the huge price differential and that you can buy several NEENCA sleeves for the cost of one Bauerfeind sleeve coupled with negligible performance differences I recommend the NEENCA.（I hope my review can help you :)

Feet up, knee braces on (I bought two) and I’m feeling so wonderful. I fractured my knee cap a couple weeks ago. The doctors brace was such a confusing mess, I ordered this brand and could be happier. I’m a chunky nana, short and stout so I ordered the XXL and the snug is perfect. There’s two grippers built in on each side so just flip down the top cuff and using each side grip, gently pull up until your knee cap is in the circle. Super easy and they stay put. I plan to hand wash and air dry to extend the life of elastic. I’m sure I’ll fall again so these two guys are my friends!

I purchased this knee brace because of knee pain I had when I went walking. I had tried the straps that fasten just below the knee but my knee pain gradually got worse. After looking through the selections on Amazon, I tried Neenca because it looked like it would be comfortable and didn't use straps. I like the fit and feel of the brace. It stays in place and does not slide down on my leg when I walk. And it is not as hot as the old neoprene knee brace I used to wear.I did have one issue - one of the side pieces in the brace was damaged during shipping (it arrived in a padded envelope from Amazon that looked like it had been folded). Their package came with a sheet indicating a customer service email address to send any comments to if you needed assistance. So, at 11:28 PM, I sent an email to them explaining the problem and asking how they could help me resolve the problem. At 11:46 PM, I got a response from customer service offering to send another knee brace for the one that was damaged. I sent them my order number and shipping address at 12:04 AM. At 2:22 AM, I received an email saying that the replacement order was on it's way. It's hard to beat a response time like that. I am a happy customer....

I had knee surgery on my right knee 5 months ago and my left knee a year and a half ago. Since then, I've really struggled with stability and with knee pain. We just moved into a new house a month ago and I've really been struggling because the stairs are 8" instead of a standard 6. I just received this today and already noticed a HUGE difference in what I'm able to do. The pain just traversing the stairs is almost gone, let alone all other abilities. It was easier just getting up off the floor, and kneeling or squatting. In addition, I generally have an allergic reaction to most braces or support devices. Not even sweat bumps with this one!

I have had 4 scopes done on my left knee and they can't do anymore. My knee is bone on bone and has been for 8 years now. I've heard bad things about knee replacements and some good. I choose at this time to NOT have it done. I've been using this brace now for a few days.... IT'S GREAT. on a 1-10 scale for pain it's about .5 - 1 ..... I don't show much of a gimp when walking with this brace on. I do have a metal sports brace that hurts to wear it more than 4 hrs. .... this brace is light weight and doesn't hurt at all .. the first day; I wore it for 10 hrs.. I RECOMMEND this brace.

These are very supportive and do not disappoint. I bought two so I could wear them on both knees. I am 5'5" and weigh 300lbs. I recently started working out with a trainer doing many exercises including squats, deadlifts, pushups, and other exercises that quickly began to bother my knees. I needed something that would stabilize my knee but comfortable enough to wear during a workout. Because of my size, these knee braces were the only ones I could purchase. I'm so glad I did! They are easy to pull on but tight enough to stay up through a rigorous hour workout. I've included the highly unflattering pictures of the braces AFTER my workout to show how well they stayed up. My above knee measurement (right at the top of the brace) is 26.5". I highly recommend these to anyone regardless of size!

I really never considered I will need one, but than I decided to bike 100 miles.My knee gave out while cycling and anytime I had to push down on the pedal i felt a shooting pain.I decided to try out a brace and what a difference it makes.It stabilizes the knee giving soft comfortable compression. Even with the bars on the side if gives me full freedom of movement so I can even bike in this.Next year I will put a lot more training into biking long distance but this brace will definitely help me with this.

This is by far the best brace I've ever used. I even paid $1200 for a custom fit brace...it was hard to put on, it felt weird when I walked and I still had knee pain. This brace has been a game changer for me, I put it on in the morning and wear it all day and I no longer have any pain, plus I can actually walk normally. Would highly recommend.

Tolles Produkt mit Top Preisleistung. Da ich einen Knorpelschaden und winen Haarriss im Meniskus habe, wollte ich diesen Strumpf für die Arbeit. Ich trage ihn 8 Stunden in der Arbeit und muss sagen, er sitzt perfekt und dämmt meine Schmerzen etwas ein. Nicht jedes Produkt sitzt so perfekt bei mir, da ich etwas dickere Oberschenkel habe und fängt dann mit der Zeit zum Rutschen an oder rollt sich ein, bei diesem Produkt passiert mir das nicht. Habe ihn allerdings noch nicht gewaschen, weiss nicht, wie es dann aussieht.Ich werde auf alle Fälle noch einen zweiten bei Zeiten bestellen. Ich kann das Produkt auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen!

Habe mir die Kniestütze zum Joggen gekauft.Sie passt von der Grössenangabe genau wie angegeben. Auch vom Empfinden her rutscht nichts. Der Ring um die Kniescheibe wirkt angenehm kühl.Allerdings habe ich persönlich das Gefühl, dass die Kniescheibe an sich sehr stark angedrückt wird, sodass mein Schmerz dort nicht weniger wurde.Bin nach 5 km wieder ohne weitergelaufen.Daher vergebe ich nur 3 von 5 Sternen.

The perfect knee brace for going up stairs all day for work. Wish I had these years ago. Great product and great price. And they don’t slip down while wearing them the whole day....it doesn’t move at all!!!!

Diese Kniestütze passt wie angegossen! Ich bestellte Gr. L, nachdem ich sorgfältig mit der angegebnenen Maßtabelle mein linkes Knie gemessen hatte (Stoffmaßband). Dabei lag ich günstigerweise mitten im L-Feld. Die Verarbeitung sieht gut aus, die Polsterung der Kniescheibe und die seitlichen Kunststoffschienen versprechen guten Halt. Den Preis finde ich ok, damit ist das für mich keine zu große Investition gewesen. Mal sehen wie lang diese Bandage straff bleibt, aber ich habe bisher keine Zweifel daran.
