Well built, flexible, exercise sand bag.
This review is for the ViBelle Heavy Duty Training Sandbags.I ordered this training sandbag because I wanted an easy to grip exercise bag. I have several Sandbells, but they require a grip that aggravates the arthritis in my hands. The multiple handles all over the ViBelle bag allows me great flexibility in grip placement. There are no less than eight handles on this bag.One design element that is frequently overlooked is reinforcement at the handle anchor points. ViBelle HAS put an additional layer of fabric at the anchor points, and has overstitched the attachment. The handles seem very secure after using it daily for 5 days. The interior sand bags are well thought out. As the Amazon listing states, there is a double layer of hook & loop to ensure the sand does not escape. I especially appreciated that design element.Main zipper is beefy, and is reasonably well anchored in the bag fabric with 8 stitches per inch, double stitched. While this is adequate, I would have liked to see a little more dense stitching to tolerate the abuse the bag will take over time. This is a flexible exercise bag that I believe will take a fair amoput of abuse. If you are in the market for an excercise bag, try this one.

Small Sturdy Sand Bag
At first inspection, this is a solid/sturdy sand bag with four inner sandbags. The Velcro on the sandbags is very tight, little bit hard to pry open - probably a good thing as it would keep the sand inside. I haven't had a chance to fill them up yet. The zipper also appears to be well made. The material is solid and thick and one can feel the quality. It is double stitched and it has several handles for different holds/workouts. Do check the dimensions as it appeared bigger on the pictures. It is 18.5" x 7.5".

Do not buy these
Do not buy these. They are cheap for a reason. Much better off buying an old duffle bag and using that. The handle stitching came apart immediately after filling. Just from picking it up. The stitching is awful. This is not a good deal

Nearly good enough.
First Impression– Smaller than I recall some of the pictures depicting it. I know, I know: ‘enlarged to show texture.’ Roughly: 20x9x7 inches, fully loaded.Feel– Rugged, but that would be (no-less-than-)expected. The handles are comfortable, wide enough that they don't cut into your hands, while slender enough to hold them in the crook of your fingers.Fit– Barely fits three full sandbags. The sandbags are shorter than the main-bag. I immediately figured that was poor design, until I filled the sandbags. If they had been as long as the main-bag, we would have trouble stuffing them in (if the sandbags are full), as the reinforced zipper does not go all-the-way to the ends (to prevent tearing). The sandbags are also thinner than the main-bag, so there's some additional ‘weight-slippage’ there, too. Can thereby result in weight-distribution imbalance: if it slips to one side, one arm is working harder, depending upon which handles you hold. [More on that later.]Sandbags– I appreciate that they each have their own handle. Can be carried/lifted/swung independently. There are two layers of velcro to keep them shut: nicely done, one layer inside the bag, the other on the outside flap: Does Not Leak. I couldn't tell you how heavy a full sandbag is, as I don't own a scale... but more than a gallon of milk. Obviously, you don't have to fill them all the way up.Action– Here is where that whole not-the-same-size issue comes into practice... As the sandbags are shorter/thinner, they can/do move around inside the main-bag. If doing curls: the weight shifts. Side-to-side swings: the weight shifts. Lifting up and over the head: you guessed it: *thunk* go the sandbags. Manufacturer Suggestion: install three/four heavy-duty velcro straps, harness-style, inside the main-bag to hold the sandbags securely in place, to the bottom, to prevent slippage. The weight-distribution should remain consistent.Exercise– Lots of ways to hold/lift/swing the main-bag: nice variety of handle placement for working different muscles. Just a few minutes of hefting it around was enough to remind me how underutilized my arm muscles had become. I'm sore, five minutes in. [Let's see how I feel tomorrow.]Sand– I foraged for my own, as there is a sandpit nearby. I suppose you (city-folks) could go buy some. Trouble with foraging... the sand can have moisture (and rocks) in it. [It did just downpour for a few days. I should probably dump the sandbags out into a tub, leaving it in the sun/wind for a few days, stirring occasionally, sifting out the rocks, to ensure it properly dries out: otherwise there might develop some mildew issues.] The point: use dry sand.Overall– I could see myself taking a few minutes a day to ‘swing’ this thing around. But carefully, as the sandbags do weight-shift: don't want to strain myself compensating for this ‘underthought’ design-flaw. I suggest you wait for Version 2.0. Minus Two Stars, sorry.

Easy to take with you on vacation or to the office.
This bag is made of canvas and is certainly durable. It has many handles around the back so you can use this for ANY part of the body you do strength training for. We did a variety of different positions and all were very comfortable. Even if you didn't want to put the sandbags inside, you could use the canvas bag for any other function that you might need it for: like a gym bag, a quick overnight bag, and so on.The bags for sand were larger than I thought, so I was pleasantly surprised. We filled them up with 5lbs each, which left plenty of room for more, and lifted it by the straps: no problem (it was comfortable). The double Velcro on the filling bags ensures that sand won't spill out and get everywhere. I also like that each of the filling bags has a handle on it, if you want to work with one or two bags, lifting them singularly for your arms. This is definitely a workout, and I would suggest starting slow and working up until the bags are as full as they can go.Weightlifter? Yes, this is for you!

Decent exercise bag
I think this sandbag is a solid option for those looking to add some variety to their workouts. It’s best suited for 20-35 lbs, as the handles and overall design perform well within this range. The quality is good, with durable materials that hold up during use. However, at $50, the price feels a bit steep. I think a price closer to $40 would make it a more compelling value. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you’re looking for a mid-weight training tool.5 out of 5 stars!

seems great
got to incorporate into my workouts. However I havnt gone to the store to buy bags of sand yet. This seems very durable and the fabric feels good and the handles sturdy. I didnt feel any rough spots that would cause iritation during a workout.

The perfect training bag!
I love the quality and versatility of this bag! The handles make it easy to use for a wide range of functional workouts. I even use it as a sand bag to hold things down when needing an extra hand. I will be purchasing a second bag!
