I try to soak with this every night after work. I love how it opens my sinuses up while also relaxing my muscles. Has a crazy sensation of making you feel “cold” even though you’re in hot water. It’s addictive

I use this in my foot spa. I use about 1/2 cup .Smell creates a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. The salts just melt away softening and cleansing the skin.I've had no rash or typical reaction from this product. I even use it on a wash cloth against my face to condition skin.Recommend EpSoak epsom saltImagine it would do the same in a full size tub or spa.The salt goes quick so order plenty.

We used this for our float tank, but also add it to a large bucket in the garage. We fill a mason jar in the bathroom and just add it to the bath when needed. Lasts forever, and is very cost effective. Helps w all those nasty aches and pains.

I have two types of Arthritis and was recently sentenced to a wheelchair. I was formerly a horse trainer and somewhat of a farmer, growing corn and local grass for my 4 big four-legged kids. I always took an EPSONS SALTS AND CALVIN bath every night after putting in a full day. As sometimes happens,, Fate took a bit of a turn on me.. About 6 years ago, I crushed three vertebrae in my back. I've broken over 27 bones over the last 30 years, and knowing Arthritis would be entering my life at some point...I thought I could use the salts to get ahead of the game. But luck wasn't with me this time, so I was forced to give up my big guys, (given to a petting Zoo), and the Ranch with ALL farm work. I have gotten progressively less able to walk very well...But I never gave up using the salts. It always, ALWAYS, helped with the knee, back and hand swelling, and relieving much of the muscle soreness. I don't think I would've appreciated the effects of the Salts if I had waited until the Arthritis was in full bloom. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT TO ALL OF MY FRIENDS, especially those, like myself who are in the downside of the clock, or spent their years with body killing jobs.NOW...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EPSON'S SALT TO EVERYONE. The scents now available are a definite PLUS!! The only problem with this purchase was that I should've been buying the 19 POUND BAGS all along...and not the 2 pound bags!!

A lot of the reviews on this product say that it shows up missing half of the product or damaged. It did show up in the bag without a box but it showed up perfectly intact and in great shape. It came 5 days earlier than expected too. I'm glad I took a chance and ordered this epsom salt!

I still had to give this product a five star because they are by far the best Epsom salts I’ve ever bought. But the price for the size of the package is in no way worth it!😢. If money is not a factor for you then I strongly recommend them. I just can’t afford that price for how often I use Epson salt’s so I’m forced to stick with Costco
