Can hold quite a bit of weight.
We put this on our top bunk bed for our daughter. It fits well and was pretty easy to install. I just needed to place the slats in a way that would allow the side rail to be installed. A bit tricky, but possible.We have had a collective 400 lbs. on the top bunk without so much as a creak from the boards. And my daughter (age 9) says it’s comfortable to sleep on.

Sturdy and easy to install!
Bought this for our daughter's bed after she broke the previous bunkie board under mysterious circumstances... she swears she was not jumping on the bed! Anyway, she has an antique Jenny Lind style bed and newer box springs are waaaay too tall for it, so this fit the bill perfectly. Would buy again! Trim and sturdy.

perfect fit
This is very heavy and it helps to have 2 people fit it on the bed, however, I did manage it alone. Fit my king platform bed perfectly

Perfect for twin size bed
We bought these to use in antique twin beds to help support a mattress with a built in box spring. They were so easy to install - roll it out and your done. They are perfect and provide excellent support for the mattress.

Excellent buy if you need support for a mattress
VERY well made and easy to install. I had to return it though without using it because it turned out that the bedframe I ordered came with one so I didnt need it

Was 1/2inch too wide. Didn't work.
It felt sturdy but it was not the right size.

Inconsistent wood, mostly solid but has 2 bad ones in my set
Paid extra for "heavy duty" version but 2 of the wood bars are about to break right out of box? Was very disappointed.

Disappointing Purchase
I was hoping this would be a great option, but unfortunately the measurements they provided didn’t match up, we measured multiple times and even after ensuing we ordered the right one, it still arrived and did not fit. Won’t be bothering with this again, disappointing purchase.
