Great game
This was a Christmas gift for my 9 year old and he loves it! He can choose the experience level which makes it easy for him to play. Even our 12 year enjoys it!

A shame
I've always liked playing the Cabela series back in the good old days of the ps2. So I was really happy to see I could actually get it on switch. Not only that but I could buy a piece of plastic to simulate a gun aswell. Unfortunately using this " peripheral" makes the game nearly unplayable. I've tried it with a controller which makes it slightly better. By that I mean the actual joycons track better. But what's the point in playing a hunting game without a gun ?. Also, unfortunately the graphics look like they have come right out of the paw aswell. Playable ?... Just. Enjoyable? .... Nope

The game is not a cartridge. It is not like an arcade shooter.
It is a digital download. I bought this as a replacement for Big Buck Hunter and it is not as fun but he movement controls do work. Big Buck Hunter had no movement controls, but it is zany and fun. This has movement controls but is as boring as actual hunting lol. Got it for my girl. She was disappointed, which makes me disappointed in the purchase. Wack!
