Best thing ever
Great for instantly polishing and drying glassware. Even the high end thin crystal. Especially if you like to have guests over, this makes it so convenient as you switch wines. Honestly, using this to clean the glasses is soothing and meditative too.

The replacement polishing heads are very expensive
And not sold through Amazon. The replacement heads run $250 + shipping from all places online. They need replacing every 6 months or so. I think the cost of goods for the replacement head is less than $2.50. It’s a molded piece of plastic with polishing cloth glued onto it. Stupidly expensive. Consider the cost of replacement heads before purchasing.

Worth every penny.
This product is hands down my employee’s favorite machine in the restaurant. As an employer, I’m amazed with how much free time it gives the bartenders now than they aren’t hand polishing every glass. If you want the happiest employees ever, buy this.

Great polisher for wine glasses
A few tips: start the machine as soon as you approach, to let the air dryer heat up .. it will then dry better.It is (I have found) easy for one idiot to run not 100% clean glasses in the machine -- which will discolor and contaminate the brushes -- leaving streaks for everyone else.. so learn to clean the brushes.Nice upgrade, esp. if you have hard water.

Blowers only blows cold air
The warm air blower does not work after minimal use as we are a winery where the tasting room has been closed due to the great wisdom of our government. I will update on the service.

It'd be a great machine for 30% of the price, but with a $1K+ price tag just doesn't make up for the labor efficiency that it costs.Quality of polish is medium/average; adequate for bar service but not formal.
