Good value for the price. Plenty bright. Lights are easy adjusted. Only thing, this unit is made to be hard wired to a box. If yours is that way ,all good. All I did was use the cord off my old one. Simple wiring.

Installed today. Puts out a lot of light. Now it is made to install permanently in an outlet box with 120 AC supplied. I did not have a way to do that. I drilled a hole in the bottom through which I threaded an old lamp cord with plug installed. Then mounted the backing to the wall with two screws and expanders provided. Plugged it in to an existing receptacle and it works fine. Be sure to plug the wire to the batteries to the circuit board or it will not work. They are not connected in packaging to keep from running the batteries down in while in the box waiting shipment.

My power has only been out 10 seconds in 4 years but I still like the peace of mind during storm season there would be light in the event I lost power. Installation was simple and straightforward. Nice unit.

Good for the money

We bought 2 of these, they were very easy to install. We've had a few outages since buying them and they've worked amazing every time! Very bright, I would recommend them.
