One tape didn't work
UPDATE: I changed my review from 2 stars to 4. The company contacted me and made it right. They offered me a discount or another tape. I wanted the tape and I have already received it. My tape in the label maker is still working great. Thank you.This comes with two tapes and one just would not load into the machine. I forced it in and then it was so tight that it wouldn't move and just printed the letters all of top of each other. I opened and put in the second tape and it worked fine. Obviously something was wrong with the first tape. Kind of a bummer. Would not purchase again.
