Free Willy 3: The Rescue Soundtrack

I love the music. It is very relaxing, whether you are a fan of the movie or not!

Very enjoyable music.

I was dissappointed only beause, I didn't get the Free Willy movie, I ordered the wrong item.

I watched the Free Willy films as a child and I enjoyed them immensely. Free Willy 3 is my favorite of the original three films, for many reasons, but primarily for the orchestral score. Do not let the album's short length tease you into thinking that this CD should be passed up, because some of the most beautiful and emotional music in my entire collection of movie scores (and there are many!) is from this album. Every single track is enjoyable, and Cliff Eidelman's masterpiece remains one of my absolute favorites to revisit time and again.

This is an incredibly beautiful soundtrack. My personal favorite track is the one you hear in the film when the boys are swimming underwater with Willy ("Redemption"), and those that sound similar. But the rest is just as good. The music changes reflecting the moods of the film, whether it's happiness from frolicking through the water, or the impendening doom of the walers. Plus there is a brief revisit to the original Free Willy theme!
