These pills have helped me to lose more than 20 pounds so far! I also use My Fitness Pal to help keep my calories at 1200 per day.

Not what I ordered
The product photo showed that the ingredients were Apple Cider Vinegar, Fennel, L-carnitine, and L-Lysine like the ampules. Product I received had a bunch of vitamins and no L-carnitine or L-Lysine. The photoshoed the product as AlcochofaVida. The product I got is a dietary supplement with herbal ingredients, vitamins and minerals.

First Week
Today is my first week taking alcachofa ... I started at 194 as my weight & this morning when I hopped on the scale I weighed 181. THOSE is amazzzzzing RESULTS if you ask me. I've changed my eating habits & drink water at every time of the day. I am very pleased and will continue to consume the pills to reach the desired weight.

Maintain Weight
I bought this prouduct. It gave me energy and maintained my weight. But it did not help me lose any. It does help with curbing your appetite. It worked more like a vitamin than a diet pill.
