Those large heavy sliding doors and the little recessed pulls are just about impossible to open the door from the outside, without using the other hand to help and of course leaving a palm print on the glass.I was about to make up a solution on attaching a handle on the outside of the door when I stumbled across this product.Installation was a breeze and although the set comes with both an internal and external handles, due to exact measurement was able to use my original handle to match the other interior handles.While the exterior handle must be used to be attached, it was of great design.So glad the someone finally figured out a solution to this problem.The cost is very reasonable, and the product is over very good quality

I replaced the old & inferior sliding door lock & interior handle with this. This is very easy to install & is a far superior product design to what came with the door. The lock is more secure & easier to use. The handle is stronger & doesn't dig into my hand when I slide the door--it is very comfortable. I love that I now have handles on both sides of the door! My door was very hard to open & close from the outside when it didn't have a handle there, but now it's simple & easy!Very well made & worth the price!

Works great. I don't use the key at all but the lock does work. The handle fit perfect and was a great upgrade from a suction cup handle that stuck to the glass that came with the house.

This fit perfectly to replace my existing flush moint sliding door hardware. This was the only kit I could find that has handles on both sides of the door. It's functionally equivalent eithbthe addition of a useless key mechanism. It just doesn't work, I can't get it to turn properly no matter how much fiddling. That aside, it seems sturdy enough, the same as all other die cast hardware I have found.

Terrific handle that matched up perfectly with the hole size. It is super firm and inadvertently doubles to hold the drapes from sucking out of the opening as you go to slide close the door! I will be ordering mor for my other doors after experiencing how easy and well fitting this handle was. Makes closing the door a breeze.

This handles were easy to mount. The outside screws sealed into the plate making it hard to remove from the outside. The handles are super sturdy and now I have one on each side of the door which I never had before. It locks fine from the inside but, even the smallest of fingers could not easily use the keys from the outside.. But, I didn't get it for the locking keys which I never had before. I needed handles to open the door. Good value for the price. Good looking too on the black door frame.

I was so happy to find the set with great handles on both sides. However, I had to put in and take out the mechanism parts several times and also add a washer to get the alignment correct. The biggest flaw is the short key that I can’t get my hand between the handle and the door jamb to use it. It works fine when the door is open which of course defeats its purpose.

nThis is the only handle of this size that had a handle on the outside and the inside. It is very sturdy, and was easy to install as long as you don't need the lock/latch, which didn't really fit properly. I didn't need it because I have a top lock on my sliding glass door. I think this is the best thing ever! We have an older sliding glass door and in the past the handles that were only on the inside got loose and failed, this one is going strong after 6 months and no more broken fingernails!
