True to size and feels very comfortable to sit. I am 190lbs a little bit less but definitely not a small size yogi girl yet I found no problem to meditate or just sitting on it. I am setting goals to achieve a healthier life and attitude and actions through my daily yogi workout.

Bought this cushion on a whim. The package arrived soon after my order. This grey cushion looks great next to my coffee table. We also use it for occasional sitting and foot stool. No odd smell at all. I just ordered another one for a paired look. For this price, this could be a good gift for a yogi friend.

This feels like a quality product. It has the perfect balance of thickness and support. I’ve only had for a day but I love it. Price is great especially since it comes with a spare case. After years of trying to sit cross legged and feeling uncomfortable this zafu finally enabled me to sit comfortably. Just cross your legs and rest them BELOW your hip level. I’m so excited to meditate now!

Excellent! Just the right height for crossed legs to be comfortable. Supports back alignment in seated pose. Comfortable velvet material on cover. Very helpful to have extra cushion cover. Easy to transport with handle. And unlike reviews of other similar cushions, NO bugs!!

I wanted one of these and wanted a16 inch one specifically. This one has a foam top layer and the buckwheat filling, so the seat is smooth but still molds. It puts you at the perfect height is very comfortable. The embroidered lotus motif and additional cover make it the best deal I saw. The grey plush cover is perfect for cooler weather and the off white cotton cover is great for warmer weather. Very happy with purchase and would recommend.

First and foremost I do like the pillow and feel like it was an accurate description. If you are sensitive to smells the buckwheat is strong. I did not purchase it for meditation. I needed something I could sit and work on the floor with. I'll be using it for at least a couple hours a day. I hope it can handle it. They didn't put a weight limit, but I am 5'9 and 210 as of now and my legs do hang over. I'm sitting on the pillow but half my body is still on the floor. I can't get my spine or posture how it is suppose to be. Hopefully in time I figure it out. It is definitely a good looking pillow and seems to be high quality. I just wonder if I'm too big for it.

Absolutely impressed by this great meditation cushion that I bought as a gift for my husband! I am so happy to have bought this gift for my husband during quarantine. My husband used to meditate back in college.He loves the design, fabric, and the excellent seated feeling. The cushion is comfortable and supportive. I am discovering more uses of it. Pictures are of my hubby sitting on it teaching me how to use it. We both love to practice breathing and relaxation now and I’ll be getting another one for myself.

I have a back/spinal injury and can't sit on any chair or lay down without my leg going dead and crazy pain. I can sit on this comfortably. Nice height and the buckwheat molds nicely to put your spine in proper position. Not too heavy to easily carry to other rooms. Beautiful quality covers. Will be nice to have the beige if I want to switch out the grey. Very impressed for the $50 range. Delivery was unknown when ordered, but showed up to my door less than a week later
