Sportsman's Outdoor Products Tarantula Deluxe Bow Case with Tackle Box Stone (Camo/Mixed Color, Single)

This is the third Tarantula case I buy for the third compound bow bought. Whenever I travel to the US and find a good deal on a compound I bring it back to Brazil. Although this case is more than adequate to store a 30" to 32" ATA compound bow, or take it on a car ride, it wasn't made to protect the bow against air travel mishandling, but it did. The measurements of the cardboard box my bow came in was exactly under airline size limitation, so I fitted my bow in this Tarantula case with the zipper open, folded the top part of the case over the bow's riser and held it in place with the built in belts made to hold this case on a ATV, partially closed the zipper os the sides of the case and slipped the case in seed the bow's original cardboard box. For a third of the price of a rigid bow case I brought my compound bow safe in a nine hour international flight. Wouldn't risk it if this case weren't so well padded. The long compartment on the bottom front part of the case fits a MTM arrow compact twelve arrow case, and the top compartment can fit a tackle box, release, arrow puller, among other things. In front of this compartment there is another zippered pocket to store documents money and change. Inside the case there is a long zippered pocket to fit clothes, there is a flap with two belts with plastic buckle fasteners to hold the bow in place if you open the case. The case is lined with a plush like fabric, it's well padded to protect your bow from regular bumps on the road, and it has the above mentioned belts to hold the case to an ATV rack. It's slightly less expensive than other Tarantula single bow cases, but offers more for what I paid. The best Tarantula bow case I bought.

Well to start off the case did not come with the tackle box for arrow storage as it stated that it would. Then only after having the case for 5 months the shoulder strap webbing that holds the d ring to secure the shoulder strap separated from the case. Tarantula says that they have a lifetime warranty yet there is no way to contact them to get warranty service. Also it does not appear that Amazon has any way for me to contact the seller to warranty the product. Poor quality and item not as described (no tackle box) customer service non existent.

I had an SKB hunter hard case and really thought it was too bulky. The Tarantula provides a good balance between protection and convenience. It has several pockets and straps to hold the now in place. The tackle box that comes with it is great for storing accessories. The arrow pocket holds the MTM Ultra compact arrow case really well. I use it to store my arrows in. This is a great case for folks who just keep their bow local and don't fly. Plenty of protection for traveling to the range or in a vehicle to hunt.

Good bag, great price.Not a 200$ bag, but completely worth the asking price.Nice cushioning too, lots of pockets, and light (for what it is).I have a Bear Archery Anarchy HC, which is a 35.5 inch axle-to-axle, and it fits perfectly, maybe and inch on each side extra space.

This is a really nice boat case, I bought this for my wife and her BowTech carbon Rose bow and it is huge on the inside and very functional with many pockets.

Case has so much to offer in terms of storage. Tools, parts, release(s), gloves, arrows (in case), quiver and room for clothes. Fabric is durable with good zipper strength. Shoulder harness for carrying is good. Bow retention flap holds bow securely with sufficient padding for reliable protection. Probably would NOT expose to airline handlers! Price from this source is outstanding.

Great product for the price. I don't care much for the little turantula on the front pocket but I can ignore that. My brother actually liked the turantula. The first time I zipped it it did not zip right but it hasn't done it since so I guess it was just because it was new.

Love it...fit my Mathews ZXT like a gove with room to spare. Very lite n compact compare to hard case. 2 compartments for Arrow Case and Tackle Box (included in my order) with enough room for my Rangefinder and Release. Adjustable strap to hold down bow. The Shoulder strap (adjustable) works Great, which can also be removed. Made from durable water resistance material. I take good care of my equipments so no worries about damages. But this case is well padded for protection.
