Instructions were not very detailed. Set it up and started using and steam comes out around lid. Not happy about this at all. Condenser is too small to cool properly.

The seals where damaged when I got it along with box. I have used product multiple times already but seals are getting worse and worse pretty quick. I would like to now how or where to get new pot seals from. Thank you but over all good product.

Missing parts and had to spend more money getting the needed parts at Home Depot. Besides missing parts everything else seems like it will work for my needs.

Lids are too flimsy. Clamps pull on lids and warp. Had to use additional clamps. On both lids. Thumper lid only came with 3 clamps not 4 as in enclosed instructions. It can work but needs a little help to seal.

Instructions are very unclear and don’t indicate every included part. The videos explain much better.

I can't say enough how disappointed in this product I am!! I typically don't care if one or two things are perfect but holy crap!!!! This is an exception to the rule.The fitting flares on the tubing are bent and not useable. I had to repair and there's no way to ensure it will seal. The lids are flimsy and leak I had to use vise grips to seal them, I finally said "BAD WORDS, it wasn't worth it! I did get some vinegar to run through it but only sputtered due to lack of sealing. I can't even tell how much this item is disappointing.Do yourself a favor and save the money !!! Great idea but the product is worth about 5 cents.

Both the still and the thumper lids leak very badly. I tried putting to seal on several times and ended up having to buy small clamps.
