Would this work on a SS fridge? I have 3 very small dents, and how does it work exactly?

No..You would need to use the hot glue gun and the removal tool...You will get most of the dent out with several trys

Will this work for dents pushing outward? Dented from inside trunk.

I don't recall where it was made. Having said that, I had no luck with it in terms of working out the dents.

This is a tap down tool. Used for bumps, not dents. You need a dent removal tool, which does take glue. Watch some YouTube videos of "pointless dent repair" it will answer all your questions. Good luck.
