Definitely gives me the energy to get up and moving in the morning. Taste is a little strong but I just add more water. Be careful of what other caffeinated drinks, I over did it one day (this, my normal cup of coffee, and additional venti coffee from Starbucks) and ended up anxious and a little jittery. I've tried there other product that is more oriented to lifting and think this one works better for my aerobic and Orangetheory classes.

Disgusting. The taste is awful, possibly the nastiest pre workout I ever had. Besides being nasty it seems to be ineffective, does absolutely nothing.

Excellent pre cardio supplement! Helps me get through my (2 hour) workouts with ease. Great energy and focus delivered by this.

Do not buy this!! I recieved it in a "Revlon" make up box which was my first clue. When I opened it, the container was caked with dust. Upon opening the container, as I could expect the upper seal was moist and had discoloration. The entire product was a nice blue brick smelling like mildew. Absolutly duisguisting.

I love this product definitely gives me an extra boost during my workouts totally worth the money

This is how I received my product. I knew it was bad before even opening the container. Why would you send this to a customer?

It is a great product.

It definitely did not meet expectations for the price. It came clumpy, and did not offer the amount of energy boost I'm used to. Maybe I am overly caffeinated, but I did not feel the pump that my normal pre-workout gives me to get through a session. It stained my teeth, but the taste was overall exceptional. I was really let down while yawning throughout the workout, so I'm definitely going to return it.
