Saw a similar one at a furniture store for $150. This is very sturdy, heavy and holds the fruits nicely. It’s a gorgeous addition to a classy kitchen.

I love this fruit bowl. It's unique and very interesting looking with fruit in it. It adds a bit of whimsy to our island. It's also very functional and holds many oranges - apples and bananas. I like the looks of it and it's utility too.

I've been searching for just the right centerpiece for my dining table and thought this could be just what I was looking for, and I'm happy I bought it! It looks great with my square dining table. The metal is a little more of a matte finish which I like. I really gave it a once over when it first arrived and I didn't see anything wrong with the actual piece itself. There wasn't any chipping and it looks like it should be more expensive than what I paid.I did think it was going to be bigger though, so that was a bit of a surprise. So if you're planning on using it for the same purpose as I did I wouldn't recommend having that be the only thing on the table. Instead, I chose to place it in a tray with two other smaller decor which turned out to go really well together.All in all I would recommend this, especially if you're looking for something nice while saving some money.

After reading all the reviews I ordered this bowl hoping for the best. I was worried about the look, the wobbly reviews and general appearance. Can't tell you how happy I was with what I received!! The bowl didn't wobble at all and the overall appearance goes great with my stainless steel kitchen appliances. I rate this bowl with a HUGE thumbs up! I was so relieved.Overall I would say if you're thinking about it go ahead and order it! Glad I did.

I am using this in the kitchen, right now to hold apples. I like the modern design. It is great quality and could cost way more in a museum store, for instance. It’s almost art.

This would be five stars if it weren't delivered damaged and wobbly.The design is great. Other reviews complained about clunky welding. Mine does not have any of that. It's sleek, and quite stunning for a fruit bowl. Fits my modern decor well. Great size, too -- I was worried it might be too big for my small space, but it's perfect.It was shipped wrapped in a thin layer of bubble wrap, with the spokes poking through. The real problem was the bottom of the base, though. There are several serious dings. I decided to keep it since they are on the bottom, but this is serious damage and shouldn't be there on a new item.UPDATE: I decided to return the item and got a replacement. The replacement also had similar damage on some of the prongs, but less than the first. However, the replacement does not sit flat on a surface; it wobbles. Amazon refunded my money for the item, but I daren't order a third time. I wish it weren't wobbly...it looks nice otherwise.

We redid our family room in an art deco type design. This fruit bowl was just perfect. It is sturdy, very stable but also very pretty and interesting to look at. At first I thought it was larger than I thought (just did not read the dimensions I guess) but actually it turned out great because I had some great artificial fruit (pretty realistic grapes and such) and it look fantastic. Very pleased.

It looks cool, but also actually works. Small delicate fruits may slip out between the spokes, or be crushed by heavier larger fruits if you put them in the center; but that should be pretty obvious wen you see the design of the bowl. For apples, oranges, avocados, peaches, pears, and similarly sized fruits it works great; and it makes for an interesting piece to look at, even when empty.
