Great Entry Level Helmet
This is my first helmet for street and all my previously bought helmets were for dirt so I really don't have much to compare it to except for my friends cheap helmet so keep that in mind.This helmet is a great bang for the buck. It is very comfortable and has lots of ventilation but it does seem like it has a lot of wind noise. I do love the looks of this helmet and changing out the visor is a snap.I think this helmet is great for a new rider that is low on money or for a passenger. For a $100 I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

It's a good helmet
Helmet can take an impact. My old one saved my life hitting a deer on the interstate years ago allowing me to walk away with minor road rash. New bike means new helmet so went with the same.It's comfortable and offers pretty decent noise cancellation compared to a 3/4 helmet.

Hard to beat for the money.
I have other HJC helmets but wanted a solid satin grey with clear shield for an upcoming road trip and didn't want to spend too much since I have others. One of my other HJC helmets is a size med and the other is a large. I went with large for this helmet and it's a good thing I did. It fits snug (especially the cheek pads) but sits properly on my head. The shield ratchets and locks, 3 frontal air vents and it's relatively light. My trip is in 2 weeks, but I have no reason to think that this helmet won't do its job. So far, so good. Happy with purchase.

Excellent helmet
Purchased for my son to wear while quadding. Excellent craftsmanship and keeps his head protected while riding

Runs small!
Fit and finish is well above what I expected for this inexpensive helmet. I did read reviews and took the warning and ordered 1 size larger. IT IS STILL VERY SNUG! I may return it for the next size up.

Feels great. As others have said, measure your head and order next size up.

Fit
Had to order next size cuz fit was small. Went bt chart and it runs small. 2nd one is very nice

Protection
I like the Helmet but the fitment is tight even though i went a size up. This would be a great product (especially for the money ) if they included different size cheek pads like they did when i bought my fg-17 years ago.
